We went out with Leslie, Bill, Summer and Lydia one fine Sunday afternoon in September for family photos.

We realized we had been so busy we had not gone to a Rockies game this year. We surprised the kids with tickets and went to the game on September 11.

Snow Tigers Football

The 2nd and 3rd grade football coaches decided to let these kids try tackle football this year. We were was super hesitant but both Jeremiah and Lexi wanted to play. Who are we to tell them they can't play a sport.

Their 1st Oklahoma drill. For those that didn't play football, apparently this is a favorite of every child because everyone gets a chance to tackle. You lay down head to head, one man (or woman) gets the ball, coach blows the whistle and you both get up, man with the ball tries to make it through while woman tries to tackle man with ball. The coaches lined Jeremiah and Lexi up with each other thinking it should be her brother to tackle her first.

She didn't let go when the whistle blew, it took a little shoulder tap reminder for her to let go of her big brother!

Labor Day weekend in Wyoming

So we went to get trims.

Check out that long beautiful hair, I was sick to my stomach watching them get their hair cut. I don't know why it never gets easier for me.
